Shipping and handling
What shipping methods do you offer?
USPS is the default shipping service used, but we can also ship via FedEx or UPS. Contact a Pins By Design rep to change shipping methods.
Is there an additional charge for shipping?
Standard USPS Ground shipping is free and expedited shipping is calculated on a per shipment basis. Weight and priority will determine the cost.
Where do you ship from?
We can ship from our fulfillment center in Redmond, WA or direct from our factories in China.
Do you ship to international locations?
Yes, we ship to international locations with UPS and FedEx. The cost will be calculated based on the weight, priority and the country receiving the shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers and we also accept check payments.
What is the minimum quantity I can order?
The minimum for a custom order is 50 pieces for coins and medals, 100 pieces for lapel pins.
What’s the standard production time for a shipment?
Most orders will take 2-3 weeks from proof approval. However in the event that you need products sooner contact a Pins By Design rep to see if we can accommodate a rush order.
